First homebuyers take advantage of government grants to break into the inner west market

FIRST homebuyers looking to get into the inner west market are taking advantage of the State Government’s latest grants and incentives.

Ashbury, Hurlstone Park, Homebush and Homebush West are the inner west suburbs where first homebuyers are using government grants the most according to data from finder.com.au.

Buyers in the 2140 postcode which includes Homebush, Homebush South and Homebush West, accessed 187 grants, with 94 buyers taking advantage of stamp duty exemptions.

Likewise, first homebuyers in the 2193 postcode which includes Ashbury, Canterbury and Hurlstone Park, accessed the grants 125 times, while stamp duty exemptions were taken advantage of 70 times.
